User agreement (public offer agreement)

This Agreement defines the terms of use for materials and services on the website https://kozaksembassy.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), owned by the company.

All titles/ranks are symbolic, serving as a mark of honor, but they do not confer any legal privileges.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Ukrainian legislation. By accessing the Site’s materials, the User accepts the terms of this offer (acceptance).

1.2. The agreement is deemed concluded upon the User’s registration on the Site or payment for an order.

2. Terms and Definitions

2.1. “Seller” – the Site’s administration responsible for the sale of goods or provision of services.

2.2. “Buyer” – an individual who accepts the terms of the Agreement and uses the Site’s services or goods.

2.3. “Site” – the web resource https://kozaksembassy.com/.

2.4. Other terms may be defined in relevant sections or documents (Privacy Policy).

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Seller reserves the right to modify the terms of the agreement and the method of informing users about changes.

3.2. The Seller undertakes to provide goods or services of proper quality within the stipulated timeframes.

3.3. The Buyer is obliged to provide accurate contact information and pay for the order in accordance with the agreement’s terms.

3.4. The User is obliged to review the current version of this Agreement, available at kozaksembassy.com/oferta, at least once a month.

4. Prices and Payment Procedure

4.1. Prices for goods and services are displayed on the Site and may be changed by the Seller.

4.2. Payment is made via bank card or other available payment systems.

4.3. Payment must be made in full before the receipt of goods or services.

5. Delivery and Transfer of Goods/Services

5.1. Delivery methods are specified during the order process.

5.2. The Buyer is responsible for checking the completeness of the goods upon receipt.

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1. The Seller guarantees that goods and services comply with the descriptions on the Site.

6.2. The Buyer may file claims in case of non-compliance of goods or services.

6.3. The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of goods or services.

6.4. Use of Site materials without the consent of the rights holders is prohibited (Articles 440-443 of the Civil Code of Ukraine). Lawful use of Site materials requires entering into licensing agreements (obtaining licenses) from the rights holders.

7. Return of Goods and Refunds

7.1. **Return of Defective Goods**  

The online store guarantees a refund of the Buyer’s payment for purchased goods if they are of improper quality. Defective goods may be returned, replaced with goods of proper quality, or the paid amount refunded. Returns are possible within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the goods do not meet the description on the Site or have defects not caused by improper use.

7.2. **Return of Goods of Proper Quality**  

As the goods are custom orders, they are not subject to return or exchange under Ukrainian legislation. Returns of goods of proper quality are not accepted, as the goods are manufactured or adapted specifically for each Buyer. Please carefully review all order details before confirmation.

7.3. Return Procedure  

To return defective goods, the Buyer may contact the Seller using the contact information on the Site and submit a claim. For defective goods, the Buyer must provide all documents confirming the purchase and receipt. The Seller reviews the claim within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt.

7.4. Refund Procedure 

Refunds are processed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the Seller’s receipt of the goods, provided the Buyer complies with the return requirements for defective goods. Refunds exclude delivery costs, which are non-refundable.

7.5. Replacement of Goods 

Defective goods may be replaced with goods of proper quality or refunded. Replacement or refund occurs within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the Seller’s receipt of the goods.

7.6. Refusal of Goods  

The Buyer may refuse the goods upon receipt if they do not comply with the Agreement’s terms or have defects not indicated in the product description.

7.7. Refunds for Non-Cash Payments  

For non-cash payments, the Seller refunds the funds to the Buyer’s bank card used for payment or another card specified by the Buyer. Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the Seller’s receipt of the goods.

7.8. Refusal of Return  

The Seller may refuse a return if the Buyer violates the return conditions outlined in this offer or under Ukrainian legislation.

8. Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection

8.1. The Seller undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the Buyer’s personal data.

8.2. Detailed information on data protection is available in the Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. The Parties are exempt from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, military actions, etc.).

10. Term of the Agreement

10.1. This Agreement remains in effect until the Parties fully fulfill their obligations or for an indefinite period.

10.2. The Seller may terminate the agreement if the Buyer violates its terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If resolution is not possible, disputes are settled in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

13. Final Provisions

13.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Agreement, notifying Buyers of changes.

13.3. Comments or other User entries on the Site must not contradict Ukrainian legislation or generally accepted moral and ethical standards.

The User confirms that they have read all provisions of this Agreement and unconditionally accept them.
