Cash on Delivery

You can pay for your order upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch.

Delivery

Production of the ceremonial set with the title takes up to 4 business days.

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine. Delivery time is 2–3 days. Delivery is free

Returns

A return or remake (full or partial) is possible only if the ceremonial set with a title arrives damaged or with errors in the first or last name. Alternatively, we can issue a refund at your request.

Refunds are processed within 14 days.
