This document outlines the privacy policy for the company’s website, https://kozaksembassy.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). It explains the types of information that may be collected and stored on the Site and how this information may be used and shared.
Personal Data
Automated Processing of Personal Data – Processing of personal data using computing technology.
Blocking of Personal Data – Temporary suspension of personal data processing (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data).
Anonymization of Personal Data – Actions that make it impossible to attribute personal data to a specific data subject without additional information.
Processing of Personal Data – Any action or set of actions performed with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, or destruction, whether automated or not.

Users may be prompted to provide personal data to access services or send messages via the Site’s contact form. By filling out the form, the visitor is deemed to have consented to the processing of their personal and contact data. The company may store information about the visitor’s connection, traffic, date, and duration of sessions on the Site.
Personal data of visitors is used to facilitate information exchange, advertising, and communication in accordance with Ukrainian laws, including the Law “On Personal Data Protection”, “On Information”, “On Advertising”, “On Telecommunications”, “On Entrepreneurship”, “On Protection of Information in Information and Telecommunication Systems” and ND TZI 2.5-010-03 “Requirements for Protecting Web Page Information from Unauthorized Access”. The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to meet the requirements of legislation in the field of personal data protection. To prevent unauthorized access to personal data, the Operator applies the following organizational and technical measures:
restricting the number of individuals who have access to personal data;
informing subjects about the requirements of the legislation and regulatory documents of the Operator regarding the processing and protection of personal data;
organizing the accounting, storage, and circulation of information carriers;
verifying the readiness and effectiveness of information protection tools;
differentiating user access to information resources and hardware/software tools for data processing;
using antivirus tools and tools for restoring the personal data protection system.
Final Provisions
All potential disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation at the place of registration of the Operator. Before filing a lawsuit, the User must comply with the mandatory pre-trial procedure by submitting a written complaint to the Operator. The response period for the complaint is 30 (thirty) business days. If, for any reason, one or more provisions of this Policy are deemed invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Policy.
The Operator reserves the right to amend this Policy (in whole or in part) at any time unilaterally without prior agreement with the User. All changes shall take effect the day after they are posted on the Website at: https://kozaksembassy.com/politika-konfidencialnosti. The User undertakes to independently monitor changes to the Policy by reviewing its current version.
