Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I, (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), acting freely, voluntarily, in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, by submitting my personal data on the website https://kozaksembassy.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), hereby give my Consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”) to the company (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) that owns the Website under the following conditions:

This Consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and may be withdrawn by the User by submitting a written request to the Operator, including the information specified by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, at the email address: kozaksembassy@gmail.com.
         
         In case the User withdraws their consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing the data without the User’s consent if there are grounds provided by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

During the processing of personal data, the Operator is entitled to perform: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of the User’s personal data.

      7. The User’s personal data is not transferred to third parties, except to persons who process personal data on behalf of and under the instruction of the Operator, as well as in cases established by the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
