Delivery terms

Delivery times for the gift set:

• in Ukraine – up to 7 working days,
• in European countries – up to 14 working days,
• USA and Canada – 20 working days,
• Australia and New Zealand – 30 working days.

Returns

If the souvenir set arrives to you damaged or with errors in the name or surname, we will deliver a new set or refund your money at your request.

When returning paid documents within 14 days, money returned to the payer.
